This may be the same guy who was selling at 39c a few weeks ago. Good to see he has raised his horizons. I do not think he is actually capping, more monetizing his investment i.e. taking a price that is certain and giving up the opportunity of a possible higher price.
So the 2 questions that remain to be answered that will drive the SP in the short term:
1) When will this guy be finished?
2) How good is the resource upgrade?
