I agree with your points but i dont agree that the MC should be this low even if u take all those points into consideration. They are still growing just not fast enough for investors liking.
We should hit 64m cash receipts this year and if they continue with current spending then LVT will be cash flow positive in a few qtrs. .So current MC is 65m and cash receipts will hit 64m.
