Consolidation is not my favorite way to appreciate a Companies SP. Its a lot easier to grow a SP from 50 cents to one dollar, than it is from say $5.00 dollars to $10.00 dollars.My experience with consolidations is that it always ends worse off for share holders.
Seems like all smoke and mirrors to me. After a short time everyone forgets how the undiluted share was performing as the metrics are all different. Why not just accept the 6 or 7 Billion shares on issue? Its just a number. It was ok to create a zillion shares to raise capital from the gullible, now management are embarrassed about what they have created. Truely bizzare. Smacks of being dodgy and crooked as it comes to me.
