Im not sure where your costs are from but even in the extreme optimistic outcome that all resources are mined, and at the most optimistic end of the cost spectrum, I get 20c per share for Comet Vale.
Add in a risk factor of whatever you like and this share staying above 20c for any period of time would be surprising
