Haven't time to give you the link but the results are on their site. Humanised mouse trial was never going to give much of an indication imho. Doseage issues and comparison to real life is not accurate. I have a feeling the mouse dose was a fair bit higher.

I don't believe that the results show no impact on the underlying reservoir. What has been (most probably) proven, is actually the opposite. This is because the drug works on the macrophages, and previous trials have proven strong viral knockdown. What has happened is that reduced dose has not increased the kill rate. They did backtrack on their statements about this, but there's no doubt in my mind that the reservoirs have been depleted, .....how much, and for how long will only be proven later; in P2B (imho).
