Are these targets low balling this stock, if in fact they create partnership/licensing for phase 3,which they seem reasonable confident of doing , then what value? In a reasonable short period of time also.
The story has been developing for years and years, this could be a major breakthrough. I wouldn’t want to price predict if in fact they have cured the HIV virus.
