The SP and volume doesn't go up for no reason especially when sitting dormant for a period. Rampers dont push a stock with low volume, its not in their comfort zone. I would suspect as has been written previous that news is imminent which of course arrouses the suspicion of others and in turn causes short and long term traders to punt on the outcome.
It will move and unfortunently not as quick as some would wish, as long as its moving upwards punters are making money or reducing the losses.
