As previously announced, the hearing listed in the South Australian Supreme Court on 8 April 2010 relates to registration of the native title mining agreement. That hearing is a further directions hearing.
A directions hearing is also listed for the matter concerning the recording of meetings (5 March 2010).
The application for pre-action discovery of documents was heard in the Federal Court of Australia on 22 and 23 February. The decision has been reserved and will be handed down on a date to be fixed. Alliance will announce the decision after it has been handed down by the Court.
