Plus think about the reverse situation if a NASDAQ company was listing here on the ASX and you were considering buying....
What's the first thing you would do? Check the price on the overseas market of course.
If you were a serious investor in the company would you pay a large premium to buy on the local market? No you would buy overseas.
If you were a very serious investor you would've already got in before the listing.
