Anyone else notice the steady creep in ownership by Keith Knowles? He now owns 32.6% of ABV, which when combined with David Slack’s 18.24% means these two shareholders now control more than 50% of ABV’s share register.

I’m not sure whether I should take comfort in such a massive concentration of control by assuming that they have done their homework and are certain they are on a winner, or be concerned over a possible move to privatise ABV and have my shares compulsory acquired, or be concerned over the overhang as those two shareholders have no chance of reducing their shareholding [if ABV’s prospects were to deteriorate] without trashing the share price.

Interested in other thoughts on this concentration of ownership.
