Same thoughts and concerns I have had for a long time.
Most buyers will not buy into a company which has dominate shareholders as you end up being a minority holder and can't effect anything with your vote. Especially with insider shareholders they can have different motives at different points in time especially in *********. Other side of the coin is they they can see value so keep acquiring or is that actually they need more control so they can privatise cheaaply or simply delist and pick off holdings from frustrated holders. Really depends if these guys think thios company needs the expense of a listed structure and if it benefits their business in dealing with larger clients or if they need teh listing to raise more capitlal.. I have seen the good , bad and ugly with all of the above and was wary a long way back with loans by parties within company etc. I just don't know the financial depth of resources these 2 holders have if the market turns to crap.
