    Sent an email to Transerv regarding the sale of Duvernay Shale gas and Rock Creek oil projects in Canada to CPO and received a quick reply from Stephen.

    "We don’t have any new news on this transaction. The sale is being managed by Mako and CPO and the latest information they provided us (earlier this week)was they are still confident of landing the sale but are not willing to commit to a timeframe.

    Its very frustrating."
