That would be the ideal... However, there are market forces that determine the value of a property more than the banks and RBA can control...Like Property investors consolidating (similar to a bank run).
The only way there can be Property stability into the immediate future is if the Local and Feral Gumnuts give more tax breaks for investors...

When local costs on a Section are 150k for permits etc it doesn't take a genius to understand the Gumnuts have become drunk on the revenue, and can't rain in the expenditure within departments. Catch 20-2
