ahhh, but by waiting for the crack, some have missed out on life changing wealth creation.
Ironically, If/when the crack comes, those who have built wealth are in a better position to take advantage of it. Of course some who went all-in and have debt to the eye balls will fall, but those that have taken calculated risks and profited accordingly will be much better positioned than those who have been sitting on cash earning zero real growth.
