I have said plenty of times that cutting immigration would cause our property prices to drop significantly. However, while we continue to bring 200k people into the country every year, the demand for property will continue. Japan actually has a falling population now so it's no wonder their property prices are falling .. more housing than required. It ain't rocket science.
