over supply of inner city apartments yes. Are they in a bubble? No. I thought inner city apartment prices had dropped a bit. Not my market so I could be wrong.
But that is the point, there are markets within markets. You can't put a blanket statement that there is over supply because one area has too many high rise apartments. Or that there is a bubble when said apartments aren't booming.
Is there an over supply of freestanding house with a yard, close to the city, transport, good schools and cafes?
