but, disposable income isn't the problem. it's the fact that people don't want to go to the shopping center at any cost. and plus, what is a lower cost of borrowing etc going to do, to make up for the sales that were lost in bush fire affected areas? half a percent lower borrowing costs IS NOT going to save a business that is going to go out of business because the lost weeks or months of income due to the fires.
