@wombat53, always love your notes. My sympathy to those who happened to buy the company's shares since 2011 and lost 80% of its value. The same note I shall address to those smart guys at Celgene, one of the largest Biotech in the world, who made a deal to purchase 15 Million shares of Mesoblast at AUD 3.82 just a few months ago. Having said that, my knowledge about biotech is none to Zero. And yet, at the current price I got the opportunity to buy at about 50% cheaper than what was paid by those smart guys in the Biotech. I take this opportunity. In the game of golf, you can learn from the pro how to swing your stick properly (believe me, it take lot of time, money and effort). Or else, you can watch top PGA/LPGA players on your own TV and see how beautiful their moves every time they swing. And I put my dime on them instead of trying pretty hard doing the impossible to join the pro-tournament. I know there's a possibility that if I bought at today's price - since I know nothing 'bout Biotech, mind you - the share price might go down another 80% (in the next 5 years?). Just like those golf-pro, there's still a possibility that they get boogie, double boogie or even worse double-par at their final holes. But hey, if they were - with their experience and skills - more than willing to put their skin on the game (double the price that I paid), would you blame me if I join in the wager at half the price and expect for a birdie? Or even an eagle?. Beside, what does the daily trade of AUD 2 Millions dollars really tell you about the value of the company?.
