Over promise and under deliver I'd like to think that wasn't true.
Two imminent significant contracts to be announced mentioned at the AGM. Why do they do this when there not signed yet ? If you cannot sell the company to the loyal shareholders who can you sell it to ?
Joe, once again you've raised some concerning issues. All I can say is that I hope management negate them and do what they say and soon.
