if i were Novo (novo`s management and board) , i`d suggest a full takeover of ARV with a cobalt spin-off.
But this is so super-early in the game, that everything could happen. If this is an Australian type of witwatersrand, which is by no means proven with just one visible gold bulk sample, we don`t need to care anyways.
Just need to make sure ARV management is not stupid and sells interest for a lump sum, oh boy i have seen this before...
But after that move in Novo and today in ARV as well, they won`t be able to anyways without risking a substancial court case...


Lets remind ourselfs here that ARV still trades at only a fraction of what Novo`s stock price did today.

However nice risk-rewad, downside back to 5-6cents, upside if this is a AUS type witwatersrand, well puuuh
