    But it would still be cheaper to T/O CTR with obligations than buy the asset at valuation and you would get to sack a few people along the way....but not likely to happen IMO.

    Here's what i think - Range is completely separating themselves from anything that PL set up...Loans, secretary, office, LO, LAR, Texas, Colombia, SI's .... etc

    In fact it wouldn't surprise me if CTR ends up with Colombia and Texas when the dust settles.
