Y'd have to be completely crazy to let the options lapse at this point.
And a more or less guaranteed $6. Million, even tho too late to kick things off, is a fantastic amount to have in the contingency Milo tin for any possible consternations.
It comes at a perfect time for peace of mind, to tie things over from construction to product payments.
It's also possible that any BOA's may have a percentage deposit on first shipment period just to garantee product.
