Then why didnt they get this licence last year or in 2009? Because it is just hype train to get help them get started. It is a completely different system then what the other MM companies are applying for licences in and MCL has only now applied for the real licence proving they are actually behind. Any of the other companies could have got this too if it was worth starting up in NSW.
