Just noticed the near 50 pages (25 separate notices) in Change of Directors' Interests notifications for Clinton Starr, dating all the way back to December 2002.
Also noticed the filing of an Initial Director's disclosure for Clinton Starr, dating back to December 2002.
Clearly a question of governance /disclosure involved given the extensive nature of the disclosures and the fact that significant share disposals occurred during this time without prior notification to shareholders.
At least now the ledger appears clear although a Cessation of Substantial Shareholder notification may still be necessary (unless the Director's notifications satisfy this requirement - which they may) - refer filing of SSN of 1st November 2002, showing an initial 7.51% interest, and the subsequent disclosure in the 2003 Annual Report of a 3.34% interest (30th September 2003).
Perhaps an oversight for the last 12 months. Malcomm may otherwise care to comment.
