    How hard is getting the loan and how many will go for it given the jobless numbers are up and might go even worse?

    I tested the waters to refinance and Athena are offering 80% of 50% of the before COVID home value as maximum amount that can be loaned!
    Maybe its just them but ridiculous by any standards given I am 14kms from Melbourne CBD towards the east.
