There are no right and wrong answers when it comes to strategies within the market. People who believe in the long term direction of a company and are happy having money sitting somewhere for years are more of an investor in my eyes. Nothing wrong in the slightest in my opinion with your trading philosophies. I've entered plays with the intention of holding for a tick over 12 months for CGT benefits but this one is a little different. The tech has the potential to be something special IMO and one that I've been in for a while and will continue to be unless something fundamentally drastic changes with a competitors tech etc.

People need to just chill out. Everyone has differing perspectives and strategies with specific companies. No point arguing who's strategy is right and wrong. No one knows other posters financial situation, holding size etc which are obviously critical factors when buying and selling any holding in any company.
