here is another thought bubble. It doesn’t really cover what looked like the SP being manipulated down today but it may explain the big short position. What if a director or insto. Say had a huge number of shares in escrow and wanted to lock in profits at $21. They can’t sell because of the escrow but I believe they are allowed to instruct their broker to take a short position, effectively locking in the price.
this is more of a brain fart but I’ll throw it out there and see what you guys think.
