Agree that it would have been good to tap the market for ppk to have more cash and a SP baseline before monetry policy tightening. I guess in some ways they did with Lis IPO and probably were thinking they would have cash from the mining business sell off, and also the WPL IPO. The wave of inflation has caught the financial world off foot mainly as it was accelerated by the russian invasion which wasnt telegraphed for long. I see it as important when ppk make a point they are fully funded for 3-4 years, which is a big plus. My thoughts not trying to argue, it is an interesting discussion.my thoughts only.
