20m shares @ $30 is a no for me. That is almost 1/3 dilution. I would rather they do a small raise at say $50 @ 4m for $200m cash. The rest funded by a combination of loans from the government’s critical mineral fund and banks. The payback will be very quick and short due to the massive cash windfall from the operation. They can pay it off in 2-3 years, then focus on dividends for loyal shareholders like ourselves for the next 30 years.
If we can strike a deal with ENR to process their lower grade ore for a marginal profit, it will be even more quicker.
