KeyBanc lowered the firm’s price target on Arcadium Lithium to $13 from $29 to account for the consolidated company, while keeping an Overweight rating on the shares. Although volatility in the lithium market is likely to continue in the near-term, the firm believes shares trading at just 7.2-times 2025 EBITDA severely discount the long-term earnings potential of Arcadium’s portfolio.
