Opes are one of the bad guys. Agreed. No one is disputing your point a)., some dispute on point b. as OP directors claim they were lied to by ANZ in regard to a capital restructure funded by ANZ.
ANZ are another bad guy.
Opes clients seek compensation from the banks for the losses caused by the actions of the banks - not for losses caused by the actions of OP (unless these were done with knowledge of ANZ).
If we had a single bad guy and a single bad action it would have been all cleared up long ago.
I'll stop posting here - I think this is all pretty clear to people who have read newspaper articles along the way, and crystal clear to those who have read the court filings and comments from Finkelstein.
