Australian Property is the most over valued in the world.
With Depression lining up next decade you can be assured the long term average will come into play - refer to the Case Schiller index for data (google it). Just to get back to the long term average using the early 1980's and 1990's recessions, property has to lose over 50%.
40% is conservative.
