Adding to the council's revenue drive ...
I will be facinated as they re evaluate the land valuations as real estate gets smashed.
They set mine at 400K right now. That is nothing short of a joke!!
The question is, what will they do to make up the shortfall in revenue as rates go down ... which they will as valuations go down ... like verything else (except cash).
