Man it is true and I could tell you a lot more stories I am from down south and bringing this up brings me to thinking also another reason why the govt are throwing money at everyone particularly to prop the real estate so as to keep the income coming into the local councils otherwise they would have to put a bigger hand out to the govt for funding.
I only speak the truth my mother told me never to lie otherwise you have to double up the lie to cover the first one.
