50 percent of what exactly

All this talk of a 50% split with Multiserve and no suggestion that the steel co will not be part of the action. My feeling is that all the steel co's would get involved because of the extra profit on the bottom line. We've heard what it will do to the onesteel bottom line. So somehow I think the profits from 170 new plants would be split 3 ways - not 50-50. Unless, of course, the gain for the steel co is in not having to deal with the waste. That's all. Am I missing something? Like to hear your thoughts as to... 50% of what exactly.
