The pending Kronos action was like a cloud hanging over everyones head and we were all wondering who was right who was wrong who would win and suspecting that if APG was to loose that would be the end of the company.
Well obviously Kronos had no real claim and this cloud has now been removed.
The plant is almost complete,cash flow isnt far off, there is anannouncement very soon (my guess a week) with a major and plenty on the side ready to assess all
the APG technologies.
It wont be long before licenses are granted for $$
and there was roumour of a possible JV for a ERMS plant.
With the low lying cloud gone the share price is headed sky high.
A ggood deal with a major should see another 50% minimum put on the sp
50% short term as clear sky is ahead
