Good point - if the sophisticated investors of ICP NEO went in to ICP Aust at the equiv of 57 cents why have they not been snapping up ICP at these low levels ? I suspect there's a lot of trading in ICP as the ""pump and dump"" routine has happened numerous times ? What's everyone going to do the next time it gets pumped to 50 cents ? Sell ofcourse as you know it will always come back. Management needs to address the issue of getting some cornerstone S/H. Basically there's just very few new holders entering the stock.
