It is ridiculously cheap, self funded would be much better.I have no idea of the management in my very small time in the market I know that management is of vital importance.How does SER manangement stack up.Talking with David McSweeney he quoted it doesn't matter if you have a world class resource if you don't have a class act in manangement they can screw up on many fronts.
