According to Forbes https://www.forbes.com/profile/richard-white/?sh=16ed14431e43 Richard White is 66 y.o. I didn't think he was that old tbh, and I doubt he would "cash out" unless he wanted to retire. At 66 and a company founder he's still more than eligible to be running the show.
The bigger question is who would actually take it over? Wisetech is a significant global player in a fragmented and highly niche field. The only company I can think of top of my head which compares is Descartes. This isn't some general consumer business like Afterpay where you can just "buy customers". This is a provider of a B2B logistics platform which integrates with freight forwarders and other logistics businesses.
