Yes,i reckon savvy institutional investors have been sneakily accumulating this stock for many months now to avoid raising any sporadic price increases in order to be able to accumulate on the CHEAP.Can you imagine how many depths would be wiped out by 2 or 3 200,000 single buys,the share price would go to $2 on no news.that would end their accumulation on the CHEAP.
