Do not see any other rare earth projects eg Molycorp , ARU , ALK , etc etc will come on stream before 2015 . Average REE price is now close to $200kg ( as compared to a year ago at $16/kg . It is definitely will go higher than $3 pending on "yes" from IAEA...but pretty confidence that it is a "yes"
