I think Denial is correct in saying the figures paid to KMP are reasonable relative to market, just poorly timed. Ross and Jamie would be well aware of how their early bonus would be received given how the annual report reads. With this in mind, I can only assume that there will be some very positive announcements between now and the AGM to placate shareholders to give their vote of approval on the remuneration report.
