So much complaints about management but they seem to take the piss far less than probably 95% boards/management ive seen. So many of these smaller Co's are a complete joke, larger salaries for no action or achievements. Even at the larger end end look at qantas, run it into the ground get $22m bonus. I do think though timing of this bonus very poor, should be double after we are CF+ and dont need finance (or when we get a divy)
