When someone is given a seat on OUR BOARD there personal life is very important in determining there character.
This person is making decisions about KCN shareholders futures and it's a major Conflict of interest having a person on the board who's main financial benefit in life comes from being our BIGGEST mining contractor expense!
Did she vote in favor of the Bonuses from our debt or placement which was completely not in the best interest of KCN shareholders ?
