Hi Tui, no harm in getting excited (provided it doesn't lead you to make any rash decisions). I used to refer to my VPE shares as my 3c shares. I'd say to my wife (tongue in cheek), "when my 3c shares are worth $30 each then we will be able to afford it..." I had 300,000 at that stage, post 10 for one consolidation they would have to hit $300 / share LOL.
In a lot of ways there is something to get excited about, VPE has announced it's maiden profit! That is a significant milestone. If it hadn't have been for the flooding in the Copper it would have been an even better story, but that is unfortuntately how things go in this game. Patience is a virtue as they say (or perhaps a curse in some cases). Some more (patience) necessary I think, but I could of course be wrong because I still haven't got on the CSG wagon yet :)
