If MLE undertakes a scaleback, you will receive the number of Securities determined by MLE in its absolute discretion which may be less than the parcel of Securities for which you have applied. In this case, the difference between the application moneys received, and the number of Securities allocated to you multiplied by the issue price, will be refunded to you by direct credit (to your nominated account as recorded on MLE's Securities register) or cheque as soon as practicable, without interest.
