When does the Vic Govt announce who won the $500 Million contract? Is anyone able to provide a date?

The winner of the contract to supply and operate a new smartcard system forpublic transport in Victoria will be known soon. ERG is one of the finalists for the 10-year $A500 million contract and is bidding against IBM. It's trying to recover from several years of losses and low share prices. It is in charge of the OneLink System in Melbourne. It is alsoa contender for a contract in Toronto.
In February 2005, the group announced a$A15.9 million interim profit
