Just remember that IG doesn't want to dilute any of his shareholders - this will only be possible if each shareholder takes up his entitlement! Does IG seriously believe this will happen!?! Problem is IG who has deeper pockets than probably all of his fellow shareholders - won't be diluted. He probably can't understand why all shareholders would be finding this a difficult decision.
