Read the general proxy, FAR are looking at issuing an additional 500 million shares. At first I thought it was a typo, but it is in there several times, I thought they were raising $6-8 Million. Even at today's price you are taking about $34 Million, not sure what is going on here. Are they looking at going it alone in Senegal just with Ophir 37.5% buy in. This seems odd to me anyone else have thoughts out there. I mean we only need $3-5 Million for Kora and maybe $3-6 Million for GB, geez talk about instant dilution.
