Hi guys, first post on HC ...I am pretty nervous about WGL. I jump in with all the hype a few months back and have been disappointed so far. I have sent a few emails off an got no replies so I don't understand the selective individual updates :S.
I work in the technology sector and software development so I can understand these things take time and can usually take longer than expected, but the number one rule of thumb is to keep clients informed as they can usually live with the delay as long as they are kept up to date. I thought that was a no brainer?
I guess we will wait and see.
